It hard to describe Doc Chey’s so we’ll use their description.

We love it. It’s part of a small chain but has no evidence of “chain” when you enjoy their atmosphere and cuisine. Very reasonable. Very fast. Very good. “High-minded Asian noodle and rice dishes at ridiculously low prices.” Don’t miss the coconut soup.
